Did you know that the 7th May marks National Doughnut Week? With such an important date on the horizon, we here at Mummies Club feel that it’s only right that you can get a head start on this super tasty celebration by providing you with doughnut recipes to die for!

The origins of doughnuts are hotly debated with many a country putting their name on this list to get a worldwide applause for outstanding contributions to tasty food. Archeological digs in South West America have retrieved several petrified fried cakes with a hole in the centre but for how long we have been making them for, no one is certain. Yet with a dash of creativity and some sticky fingers you could be making baking history in your household in no time…
