New Year Resolutions You Can Actually Keep

Most New Years resolutions fail because we just can’t keep things going. Well things are about to change! Don’t fall into making a predictable pledge of “i’m going to cut something out” i.e LOOSE WEIGHT, STOP CHOCOLATE, CUT DOWN ON WINE. Instead take control of the little things that will make your life better and don’t require the determination of a saint. Stop And Step Back

We all know we should take care of our emotional wellbeing but somehow it always appears to be the last thing we do. Make a resolution to just step back and look! Look at what’s around you, look at the people you love and soak in the moment.

Do A Declutter

With spring just around the corner the internet will soon be filled with declutter ideas. Get a head start and declutter just ONE thing. A cupboard, a drawer, your clothes. We promise it will make you feel great.

Plan A Simple Escape

We aren’t talking a holiday here but we are talking something different. Escape for an hour, an afternoon or a day and do something you wouldn’t normally do! Go for a walk, take the kids bowling, go on a course. Whatever you choose just make sure its different from your everyday!

Start a Tech Free Friday

Friday, the end of the week and the beginning of the weekend. Try a really simple idea and take a tech free evening. Come off Facebook, stop texting and just be. Do things as a family and have some fun.

Breathe
